before you go.
Clear details help everyone settle in. Here are the essentials for your stay and the Terra Lago community.
How is the home laid out?
There are four bedrooms: a primary king room with ensuite and lake-view patio, a second king room, a private bunk room with four full mattresses, and an unenclosed upstairs loft with a queen sofa bed. A modular couch in the shared, non-private living room provides a fifth sleeping space. The wellness room is not a sleeping area.
How many guests and cars can we bring?
The home accommodates up to 12 guests and has four parking spaces: two in the garage and two in the driveway. Maximum four vehicles; no street parking after 7 p.m.
When do guests receive the exact address?
The home is in Terra Lago, Indio. The exact street address and private arrival instructions are shared after a confirmed booking.
Is pool heating included?
Pool heating is optional and quoted separately by your host. It is not included in the displayed stay total.
What should we know about the community?
Swimming and fishing are not permitted in the community lake. Every guest must show government-issued ID to enter the gated community.

2–28 nights · at least 2 days’ advance notice.
One pet maximum. No smoking, vaping, events or commercial photography. Quiet hours: 9 PM–7 AM. Lock all doors and close windows and the garage at checkout.
The full rental agreement, cancellation terms and complete house rules will be shown before a direct reservation is submitted.
